How to access blocked websites at college [no programs]

I thought i make a few things in here how to get in blocked websites without any programs.This method works only then when the sites are blocked my URL.

1.VTunnel

just go to VTunnel.com and enter your site name.

2.Use IP addres insteand of URL.

Open cmd and write "ping https://facebook.com" if you want to access to facebook.now copy that url and paste it and click enter.You should get in now.

3. Use Short URL Services
You can shorten the url too.Best way how to shorten them is going to MooURL.com or SnipURL.com.
